Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, collaborating on projects, resolving issues, and striving towards common goals. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our proprietary online platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes

  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience and technical proficiency are strongly preferred. You should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a high school diploma or GED required. Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, with high accuracy and efficiency

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
