Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Chat Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards

What You'll Need:

* A device with reliable internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week

  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with live chat software
