What You'll Do
• Engage with Customers: You'll interact directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
- Research and Problem-Solve: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Go Above and Beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
What You'll Need
• 1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience: You'll have a proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and provide clear and concise solutions to their problems.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: You'll be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be flexible with your schedule and work hours as needed.
- Background Check: You'll be required to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license.
