Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism
  • Personalizing the experience for each caller, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
  • Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to share best practices, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer or laptop
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

System Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and data exchange, you'll need to meet the following system requirements:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
