Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing customer-focused assistance through various channels, including support calls, chat, and emails.
- Resolving customer issues with active listening and knowledge of our products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Escalating leading trends and drivers to improve the customer experience.
- Advocating for customers within the organization and driving changes to enhance their experience.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Work on the frontline of the business, supporting customers through various channels.
- Resolve customer issues with active listening and knowledge of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve problems and deliver a top-notch customer experience.
- Become knowledgeable of pain points in Customer Support and advocate for customers within the organization.
- Proactively look for ways to improve processes and the customer experience.
Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated passion for the customer experience and ability to solve problems with a short turnaround time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood language.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and payment processes; compliance is a plus.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and globally.
- Availability on some weekends and holidays when needed.
