Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to improve our business performance. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to understand their needs, provide data-driven insights, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to support business decisions and drive growth

• Answer critical business questions and provide expert knowledge on various product streams, including D+ and Hulu, to improve customer experiences and increase conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, and more) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner

Good to Have

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and more
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Humor and a willingness to have fun
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges
