[Remote] Promotions Web Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nationwide Marketing Group is a leading organization that supports independent retailers in the appliance, furniture, and electronics sectors. They are seeking a Promotions Web Designer to create and manage promotional landing pages, ensuring they are visually appealing and adhere to web standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and brand partners while demonstrating a strong interest in web and graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and update a never-ending stream of promotional landing pages
- Provide website support and updates for internal departments
- Work closely with in-house departments to complete tasks
- Troubleshoot and problem solve website-based issues
- Flexible working hours between 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday
Skills
- Candidates must provide a portfolio site OR recent examples of their most current, relevant work
- Ability to hand code HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A code evaluation test will be administered to confirm your skills
- Proficient in VSC [Visual Studio Code] (or other text editor) and Adobe Photoshop
- Proven ability to professionally design and hand code a website from start to finish
- Experience with Bootstrap is additionally desired
- Illustrator and/or Figma is a huge plus too
