Project Controller
Matrix Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of engineering, automation, and systems integration services. They are seeking a Project Controller to assist Project Managers with project budgeting, planning, and scheduling, as well as departmental duties related to project controls.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of Budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Earned Value Reports and all related cost control tools
- Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of proposal and project schedules, as requested
- Assist Project Managers with development and maintenance of Project Plans, project reports, customer reports, etc., as requested
- Assist Project Managers with the coordination and execution of Document Controls on a project
- Assist Project Managers with the coordination and tracking of Purchased Items on a project
- As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with the training and development of others with regards to job cost, planning, scheduling and other project related activities
- As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with departmental and organizational Process Improvements; including our Project Operating Processes and Vision Lifecycle Guide
Skills
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Project Controls or equivalent
- Thorough working knowledge of current Windows environment, primarily Project, Word, Excel, Teams, and Planner
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera software (including planning and developing schedules)
- Experience in the development and use of cost control tools including EV reporting
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred
