As a Media Buyer , you’ll be part of a strategic powerhouse and have a direct impact on the success, growth, and profitability of our clients. Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media plans to achieve company goals.
  • Take responsibility for the strategic purchasing and placement of media across various channels.
  • Monitor and optimize all media campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights gained.
  • Manage large media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Create detailed budget plans and monitor compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Implement new and creative advertising approaches based on market and target group analysis.
  • Use innovative technologies and trends to improve media placement.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to leadership and clients.
  • Derive actionable recommendations for the continuous improvement of media strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level media buyers.
  • Work closely with clients to offer strategic consulting and optimize their media strategies.
  • Present media plans and results during client meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least 5–8 years of professional experience in media buying or a comparable position.
  • Experience managing a monthly advertising budget of at least €100,000–€500,000.
  • Extensive knowledge of media strategies, techniques, and trends.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of campaign data.
