Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with questions and concerns on all products and services. You will be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer contacts, troubleshooting and resolving customer impacting issues, and maintaining proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with questions and concerns on all products and services

  • Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues
  • Engage with T3 support to resolve issues
  • Maintain proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters
  • Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience

  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers
  • Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the telecommunications industry

  • Knowledge of billing, rate plans, and feature matters
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

Our Premier Service Consultants earn a competitive hourly rate of $19.61, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments. In addition to competitive compensation, arenaflex provides:
