What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Inputting patient data into our e-Intake system and ensuring thorough verification for products and services
  • Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and providing basic technical customer service assistance
  • Educating patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Processing related patient paperwork and ensuring timely fulfillment of product orders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • A strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • A valid driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (when applicable)
