Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about Service Autopilot and its features
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support team members when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices
