Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to drive business objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to drive business objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and quality
  • Provide mentorship to team members to improve their overall performance on all metrics
  • Show imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
  • Be an understudy of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us simple for merchants
  • Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
  • Answer and address customer complaints from clients and workers

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Appreciates diagnosing issues and creating innovative ways to tackle difficulties

  • Is client-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical ability
  • Thrives in a climate where they are continually mastering new skills and can apply them to their daily work
  • Is proficient in using Google Sheets or can perform data analysis
  • Functions well in both solo and team-based environments
  • Has 2+ years of experience working in an office climate
