Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, handling customer inquiries, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, and your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex's data entry procedures and guidelines to process new patient enrollments and enter information into the system
  • Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing prescription data, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
  • Resolve data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Acquire a dynamic professional license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, and completing forms online
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
