Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional in our Data Entry team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional client service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including American Express Private Business Services
- Utilizing key selling skills to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and data entry tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a customer support and sales environment
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, resolving complaints, and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training and development opportunities available
Preferred Qualifications
