Job Summary
We're seeking Seasonal Provider Services Representatives to work on a project focused on IVA, Prospective, and Risk. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to provider offices, answering inbound calls, investigating customer data, and providing problem resolution through effective communication. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to inform outreach efforts
- Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Provide problem resolution through effective communication via phone and email
- Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures and working under supervision
Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
