About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, building strong relationships, and creating memorable experiences. Your role will be to act as a brand ambassador, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and your ability to think on your feet, make quick decisions, and provide proactive solutions will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge
  • Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
  • Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address client needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel advice, and reservation assistance
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service with proactive solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support
  • The ability to listen to client needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver high satisfaction with the support provided
  • A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Experience working in a similar role, providing concierge and lifestyle services to high-end clients
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, including trends and best practices
