About the Role
As a Director - Airline Operations Customer Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals at our Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) location. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with our airport operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer service initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and oversight to a team of customer service professionals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies, initiatives, and programs to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with airport operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer service initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, security, and compliance.
- Drive financial performance, cost control, and capital budgeting, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's financial goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to share ideas and suggestions for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airport stakeholders, including airlines, airports, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Station Functional Execution
* Drive unwavering quality metrics (OT:00, STAR, Int'l, MST, Commitment, MBTA)
- Responsible for Joined Track, UP, Client Managing, Slope Managing metrics
- Guarantees PLB objective accomplishment.
- Supervises Genius Group process.
- Station Wellbeing and Security:
- Guarantees Airplane Harm and LTI objective accomplishment.
- Upholds PPBM/Pack consistence.
- Guarantees station late weight consistence.
- Guarantees Mishap examination and detailing.
- Takes part in audit sheets (PRB, SRB and ARB)
- Fills in as Government office contact (TSA, Air terminal Power, CBP, Police, Fire, FBI, DPU, FAM)
Employee Exercises
* Guarantees Polite, Mindful and Deferential workplace (ECI execution)
- Responsible for executing preparing program: compulsory, repetitive and impromptu.

Requirements
* Four-year college education or comparable significant work insight
- 7+ years the executives experience in an air terminal functional climate
- Shown outcome in the administration of a multi-division, complex business including tasks, planned operations, business frameworks, execution measurements, and spending plans.
- Shown progress in the administration of individuals.
- Shown outcome in navigation and objective - coordinated administration.
- Demonstrated capacity in issue ID, examination and activity arranging and information on constant improvement strategies
- Strong experience with functional and corporate cycles and systems
- Experience overseeing Wellbeing related programs and administrative prerequisites.
- Past experience overseeing in a unionized labor force climate.
