Job Description

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolve customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborate with our vendors and sellers to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, including phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to relevant departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
  • Work independently while connecting with the team remotely

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
