Job Summary

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' website visitors through live online chats. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be expected to:

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • PC keyboarding and internet experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
  • An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
