Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Utilizing computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex

  • Verbal and written communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, both in person and over the phone, to resolve issues and provide information
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping

  • Previous experience with computer applications: Familiarity with MS Outlook or data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
