Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Forwarding Account Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. As a Forwarding Account Representative, you will work closely with banks and agents to coordinate activities, manage the repossession process, and proactively monitor accounts to address various issues.
Essential Job Functions
Daily duties may include:
- Gathering, analyzing, or evaluating information from various sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software
- Using location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
- Working closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
- Managing the repossession process for bank clients
- Collaborating with bank employees
- Proactively monitoring accounts and addressing a variety of issues
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience interacting with business clients via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Punctual with good attendance
- Superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
