Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat. You will work in our call center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, utilizing various tools and systems to initiate, assist, and service customers. Your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services will enable you to provide effective resolutions and recommendations to meet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues spanning multiple networks and interdependent network elements.
  • Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications.
  • Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues.
  • Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters.
  • Develop a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience.

  • Call center experience.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex's products and services.

  • Knowledge of 5G and Fiber technologies.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
