Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including paid research studies, product testing, and online surveys. You'll be responsible for participating in focus groups, clinical trials, and online studies, providing valuable feedback and insights to help shape the future of our products and services.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in focus groups, clinical trials, and online studies, following written and oral instructions
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services
- Completing written studies and surveys, and providing detailed feedback
- Using products or services provided, and giving honest feedback
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintaining a quiet and distraction-free working area, with reliable internet access and a computer or mobile device
- Participating in online and in-person discussions, and engaging with our team and clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Have basic English written and spoken language skills
- Have access to a reliable internet connection from home
- Have a computer, phone, or tablet with internet access
- Be able to work independently and get the job done
- Have a desire to learn skills to work from home successfully
- Be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Be willing to participate in online and in-person discussions
- Be able to provide honest and constructive feedback on products and services
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Having a working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Having experience with online surveys and studies
- Having a background in research or customer service
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
