Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Partner to join our team, providing exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving claims and complaints efficiently, and developing initiatives to educate and inform customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and personalized support

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and develop improvement plans
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the packaging or supply chain industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
