Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity to lead the development and execution of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms. As a key member of our AdTech design team, you'll be instrumental in architecting a creative identity solution that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engineer and execute a comprehensive customer identity solution tailored to our organization's vision and objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our frameworks.
• Apply solutions like customer data platforms and identity graphs to create unified customer profiles and improve personalization efforts.
• Execute universal identifiers like UID 2.0, Match, and lean id to enhance data interoperability and identity resolution.
• Develop methodologies to collect, maintain, and leverage customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data security regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role.
• 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management.
• Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale advertising delivery frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers.
• Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing.
• Experience with data development strategies and tools.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive decisions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
• Past experience in architecting solutions.

What Will Set You Apart:

* Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

• Working experience ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Data Clean Room experience is a plus.
• Experience with online customer data security and/or consent/identity management tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $132,000 to $193,600, depending on work-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
