Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist working from home, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support

• Provide an optimum level of service, aiming to achieve the best resolution for the customer
• Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish (communication level)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong ability to empathize with customers
• Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a strong problem-solving attitude
• Analytical skills and sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
