Job Overview

Positions Schedule

The schedule for this role is as follows:

  • Monday: Work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
  • Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, your duties will include:

  • Dispatching service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery
  • Answering incoming service calls, adjusting technician schedules as needed, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
  • Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
  • Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain our membership base
  • Being a supportive teammate to coworkers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Educating customers on our Membership benefits to foster long-term relationships and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and colleagues
  • A strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to achieve common goals
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with a good understanding of the local area
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

  • High-speed internet connectivity, with a reliable and stable connection
  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise, allowing you to focus on your work and deliver high-quality results

arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work, ensuring you have the necessary tools to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$19, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for commission-based earnings, which can range from $100 to $1000+ per month. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
