Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who have earned reward points and are looking to purchase products or book travel arrangements. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and courtesy. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your ability to multitask, think critically, and remain calm under pressure will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, answering questions, and resolving issues related to reward points, product purchases, and travel bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, helpful, and courteous
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving issues with damaged products
  • Help customers book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using their accumulated reward points
  • Utilize our website and internal systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide support
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are up-to-date with our products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and technology, including our website and internal systems
  • Must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ, and be within 35 miles of Scottsdale, ZIP 85260

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial industry, with experience supporting customers with reward points and travel bookings
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
