Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their issues and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally
  • Providing accurate and clear information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the interaction
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service

Requirements
