Role Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the voice and personality of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries with empathy and efficiency, managing live chat and providing real-time assistance, and escalating issues to higher management when necessary. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries with empathy and efficiency, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns.

  • Manage live chat and provide real-time assistance, ensuring that customers receive prompt and helpful support.

Qualifications
