PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a professional phone presence while adhering to program guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
  • Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
  • Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns
  • Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone presence
  • Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner
  • Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Successful completion of a Level 2 background check
  • Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance
  • Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Background Check: You are able to pass a Level 2 background check
  • Candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities
