Analyst

They are seeking a motivated Analyst to work closely with clients and the internal team, focusing on financial success through responsibilities in accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial analysis, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client affairs managers to deliver exceptional service for a select group of clients
- Accurately record, document, reconcile, and review financial transactions including client bill management
- Manage invoice processing, payments, and transfers
- Prepare and analyze budget reports to uncover spending trends and insights
- Ensure appropriate insurance coverage by managing related processes
- Prepare and maintain client forms while coordinating tax documents for filings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
