Client Services Associate, Capital Markets
S&P Global is a leading provider of essential intelligence and data solutions. They are seeking a Client Services Associate for their Capital Markets team to assist clients with issues, interpret data, and navigate platforms while providing on-the-job training and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support clients over the phone, via web chats and emails
- Communicate with clients and provide deep-dive training on our data
- Present group projects and learn about customer segments
- Gain exposure to additional S&P Global platforms
- Complete required certification exams and participate in a rigorous evaluation process
Skills
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) completed before the March, 2026 preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or business
- Ability to join a class of new hires in March, 2026
- Relationship Management: Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm for learning and working in the financial services industry
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with people from varying backgrounds
- Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote SPGMI product usage
- Proficiency: Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills are also required
