Bilingual Call Center Sales and Retention Representative (English/Spanish) - Hybrid
AT&T is a global leader in communications and technology, seeking a Bilingual Call Center Sales and Retention Representative. In this role, you will engage with customers in both English and Spanish, providing solutions and enhancing their service experience while meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets
- Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Explain bills and product features clearly
- Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
- Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
- Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
- Paid training to set you up for success
Skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to hold a conversation both in English and Spanish
- Ability to report to the Miami, FL location 3-4 days weekly
- Ability to work remotely from home 1-2 days weekly
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
