Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency results that meet or exceed assigned targets. Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage in strategic opportunities, developing new clients, and driving new capabilities into target accounts. Develop and sustain client executive relationships through market-facing activities, meetings, presentations, business networking, and/or other business or social events. Personally develop and qualify specific sales opportunities, and create capture tactics, win strategies, discriminators, competitive analysis, and teaming strategies that balance program risk and reward with minimal supervision. Facilitate corporate reviews, create presentations for and lead Stage Reviews, and obtain necessary approvals. Develop proposal and pricing development experience, and take on multiple responsibilities as needed.

Essential Qualifications

Proven track record in business development and program management supporting and leading marketing, capture, and/or program execution in federal government contracting work. Exceptional communications and relationship-building skills, with experience facing federal government civilian and military customers. Proven experience in developing, capturing, and growing new business in an organization with diverse programs, with specific success in marketing new business and client areas to attain new opportunities and win competitive procurements. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or technical discipline, with a minimum of 10 years related experience with DoD or federal government agencies. High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience from both the government and industry perspective is highly desired. Strong facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven record as a team player, with unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character. Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives.
