Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting Lead as part of the Finance team based in Somerset, NJ. Role Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy FP&A professional to lead our financial systems and reporting infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, driving automation, and standardizing reporting across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate with finance, business stakeholders and IT to implement scalable solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own system reconciliation across financial platforms to ensure data integrity
  • Lead implementation and integration of new financial systems and tools working with implementation partners
  • Design and maintain standardized reporting templates, dashboards, manage actualization of monthly data in forecast scenarios
  • Develop in partnership with key stakeholders reporting environment for LRP, business plan, forecasts
  • Build and manage financial hierarchies and metadata structures
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline data flows between systems
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure system scalability and accuracy
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes and system configurations
  • Support audit and compliance efforts through accurate system reporting
  • Train FP&A and business users on system tools and reporting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or enterprise reporting
  • Strong proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, SAP Analytics)
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience with system implementation and cross-functional project management
