Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support Specialists to join our team in the USA. As a part-time role with flexible scheduling options, you'll work up to 4 hours a day, enjoying a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional call support to arenaflex customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately entering customer information and data into the arenaflex system, ensuring accurate records and logs of customer interactions.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience using data management software, with a strong understanding of arenaflex's platform and services.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly, with excellent listening skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based applications, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer support or data entry roles is preferred but not mandatory.
