Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective online support to customers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting customer issues according to established procedures while documenting problems, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
  • Collaborating with supervisors and other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What You'll Be Doing:

When customers visit arenaflex's website seeking assistance, you will be the first point of contact, providing them with prompt and helpful support. You will have access to a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and a supervisor who is always available to provide guidance and support.

Contract and Compensation:

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Hourly rate: $35 per hour
  • Availability: 20-40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)

Requirements:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 20+ hours availability per week

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience (in-person or online)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a live chat or customer support role

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing
