Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers, helping them navigate their healthcare needs and making a positive difference in their lives. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and related products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
