Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
* Providing accurate information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and informative experience
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are able to book appointments with our dealer clients
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have the necessary information to follow up with customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
* A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Show the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Possess gaming experience, although not required
