Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
  • Utilizing our knowledge base and resources to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborating with remote teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and quality targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of chat interactions and customer information

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of military experience in customer service, administration, or IT (or equivalent civilian experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
