Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, or email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, or email
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team for further development and improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer support goals

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a customer support role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with AI-powered chat platforms
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
