Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team, including:

+ Coordinating training sessions and development programs + Tracking and reporting on employee training progress + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.

### Employee Relations

  • Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support.
  • Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.

### HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance.
  • Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR administration processes.

### Training & Development

  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Track and report on employee training progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective training and development strategies.

### Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover, providing insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective compliance and reporting processes.

### Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Skills:

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Technical Proficiency: - Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus. + Problem-Solving: - Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and resolve issues proactively.
