Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Disney guests via phone, email, and chat. You'll resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities

- Staying up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions
Key Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
