Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits.
  • Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Assisting with separation of food items, product placement, and stock rotation, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking outs as needed.
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

  • Requires a willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

  • Prior work experience with arenaflex or similar organizations preferred.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred.
