Visual Designer & Static Social Content Creator Needed
About me:vidual me:vidual is a modern DIY skincare and cosmetic production brand. We enable people to create personalized skincare products with high-quality ingredients and a strong focus on transparency, experimentation, and a hands-on maker mindset. Our brand look is intentionally not classic glossy beauty. It is more real, tactile, character-driven, and a bit edgy. What We’re Looking For We need a Visual Designer and Static Content Creator who can extend our visual language for social media consistently and with great taste. We do not want high-end beauty ad polish. Our visuals should feel imperfect on purpose, textured, and slightly playful and edgy, with models that have character, not perfection. You will create static assets, posts and carousels, and use AI prompting to generate and iterate visuals that match our look. The Visual Style We Want, Non-Negotiable Not glossy, not classic beauty advertising Imperfect on purpose, visible texture, grain, small flaws, realness Edgy models and attitude, character over perfection Textured and tactile look, film grain, scan and paper textures, raw surfaces, honest lighting Playful, but not silly, a twist, not too serious Not clean girl, not sterile minimal beauty Rough but intentional, not unprofessional
Responsibilities
Create static social assets for Instagram feed posts, carousels, and format variations as needed Use AI prompting, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, etc., to generate visuals aligned with our style Iterate quickly to hit our exact look, while expanding the visual world in a consistent way Build and maintain a prompt library and simple style rules to keep output consistent Deliver weekly batches, keep files organized, export in the right formats Optional, typography and layout for posts when we add text overlays Deliverables, Typical Week 10 to 20 static assets per week, depending on scope 2 to 4 carousels per week, concept and design execution Formats 1 to 1, 4 to 5, 9 to 16, as required
Requirements
You must have Proven experience with a non-glossy, raw, textured, imperfect aesthetic Strong ability to match an existing brand style precisely over time AI prompting experience and an iteration workflow, you can explain how you get consistency Reliable delivery cadence, weekly batches Most important: You must show relevant references that match our direction.
