Customer Service Representative
Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is a company that offers stability and growth opportunities in the HVAC and plumbing industry. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for engaging with customers for quality checks, scheduling maintenance visits, and providing general inbound customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
Skills
- Customer Service/Call Center 1 year
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Desire to help serve customers
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Must be 18 or older
- Service Titan experience is a plus
