Family & Nursing Care is an award-winning home care company founded in 1968, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and engagement. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth orientation processes and ongoing operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
  • Support retention and engagement initiatives
  • Help maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Occasionally travel to support new or expanding territories
  • Contribute to successful market launches and team continuity
  • Work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members to support day-to-day operations and long-term growth

Skills

  • Detail-oriented and people-focused
  • Experience in caregiver onboarding and credentialing
  • Ability to manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
  • Support retention and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support new or expanding territories
  • Ability to work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members
  • Support day-to-day operations and long-term growth
  • Ability to work two days in the Silver Spring, MD office
