[Remote] Customer Service Specialist - ROI

They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist clients with medical records status and ensure excellent customer service while documenting actions accurately in their system.

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day, assisting clients, patients, and requestors with medical records status via phone
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all actions in the Med-Release system
  • Provide excellent customer service with prompt and concise information
  • Build strong, value-based relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests

Skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous medical records experience and knowledge of HIPAA preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to change
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passionate about providing empathetic customer service
